Course Zoom Links
Master Zoom Links List
As an OLLI Instructor, we wanted to share our thanks by allowing you to take your fellow instructors' classes. We have included a Master Zoom Links List of all the Online-Zoom OLLI classes happening in the Spring 2026 Term, in case you would like to take each other's classes.
*NOTE: They are in order by start date. Courses with multiple class sessions will use the same Zoom link for each session. Click the button below to view, download, or print the Master Zoom Links List.
Please do not share this document with anyone; this benefit is only available to OLLI instructors teaching this Term.

How-To: Start Your OLLI Class on Zoom
Please DO NOT open your Zoom link(s) until you are ready to prepare and start class on the scheduled day.
• If you have a CConfer Zoom account, we ask that you start your class directly from www.zoom.us.
• If you are new to teaching OLLI or do not have a CConfer Zoom account, Brooke or Shari will start your class (10 minutes before your scheduled class start time) and assign you as the Host thereafter. Simply click on your Zoom link to join the meeting and we'll get you all squared away.
• If a Zoom link does not appear clickable, you can copy and paste it into your web browser when you are ready to start or join class. The passcode is embedded into the link so you should not have to enter it in.

Zoom Etiquette Slide (PDF)
Click the button below to access and choose from 4 different design options of our Zoom Etiquette Slide!
We recommend putting this slide first, in your presentation, if you are teaching an Online-Zoom OLLI class.
Thank you to fellow OLLI Instructor and Advisory Council Member, Joan Griffin, for putting this together :).
