How-To: View Your Class Roster
You will receive your Class Roster(s) Links and Zoom Links in an email with the subject: OLLI Spring 2026 Class Roster & Zoom Links - View on important pre-term emails page (email #4)
You can view the most up to date roster for your classes by clicking on the Class Roster link provided in each course listing on this email. This is a live link that updates itself constantly! This means that as people drop or register for your class, the link will reflect those changes.
If you are teaching an OLLI Tuition-free (Noncredit) course...
Please note the following regarding your Class Roster: As we receive application/registration forms for Tuition-free classes, and if the person is an OLLI member, we will register students through our registration system so that they will receive an email confirmation from OLLI, as well as Sierra College. For this reason, please check Banner or MySierra for accurate enrollment counts for your OLLI Tuition-free class(es).
Instructor Class Handouts
Online-Zoom Instructors, now that you all have access to your own class rosters, it is your responsibility to provide any class handouts to your students directly by emailing the students listed on your class roster.
If you are teaching an In-Person (On-Ground) course, please send Brooke your class handouts (only if you need them to be printed for students or yourself) and she can make you copies.
•We recommend sending your handouts on the day of class or the day before (unless you are teaching a cooking or art class that requires students to prep/buy ingredients in advance).
•Please be cognizant of students who might add your class late in the game.
•You can also share your class handout in the comments sections of your Zoom class by attaching and sharing it there.
